Embraer S.A. Announces Interest on Equity Declaration for Q2 2026

Embraer S.A. has declared Interest on Equity (IoE) for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. The total amount declared is R$ 200,000,000.00, equivalent to R$ 0.28096472120 per ordinary share. This IoE will be imputed to the mandatory dividends for the current fiscal year, subject to approval at the Company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting. Shareholders registered by the close of trading on June 23, 2026, will be entitled to receive the IoE. The shares and ADSs will trade ex-IoE starting June 24, 2026, on B3 and July 2, 2026, on NYSE. Payment is scheduled for May 24, 2027, without adjustment. The final amount per share/ADS may vary slightly due to treasury share adjustments.
