Elauwit Connection, Inc. Appoints Nick Jones as New CIO and COO, Replaces Richard Alder

Elauwit Connection, Inc. has appointed Nick Jones as its new Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer, effective June 15, 2026. Mr. Jones brings extensive experience from his previous roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at World Cinema, Inc. His employment agreement with Elauwit is set for three years, with an annual base salary of $300,000, eligibility for performance-based bonuses, a $50,000 restricted stock unit award, and participation in company benefit plans. He has also entered into an indemnification agreement and standard restrictive covenants. Concurrently, Richard Alder has been released from his position as Chief Operations Officer, effective June 11, 2026, and is entitled to termination payments as per his employment agreement. The company highlighted significant operational improvements during Mr. Alder's tenure, including expansion to 176 sites and nearly 40,000 units, improved customer satisfaction to 4.4 stars, and an increase in customer support "one-touch" call resolution from 70% to 87%.
