Eastern International Ltd. Announces Board Member Resignations

Eastern International Ltd. reported that on August 5, 2026, the Board of Directors received a resignation letter from Mr. Yu-yun Tristan Kuo. He resigned from his position as a member of the Board and all Board committee positions, effective as of the date of the letter. This resignation was not due to any disagreements regarding the Company's financial or accounting policies or operations. Subsequently, on August 12, 2026, the Board received another resignation letter from Mr. Chun Pong (Colman) Chiu. He also resigned from his position as a member of the Board and all Board committee positions, effective as of the date of the letter. This resignation was also not due to any disagreements with the Company or the Board. The company, an overseas registrant, will file its annual reports under Form 20-F.
