Elemental Royalty Corporation has announced its intention to make a Normal Course Issuer Bid (NCIB) starting June 15, 2026, and ending June 14, 2027. During this period, the company may purchase up to 3,222,537 of its common shares, representing 5% of its issued and outstanding shares as of June 4, 2026. The company believes this move will enhance shareholder value, as current market prices may not fully reflect the company's intrinsic worth. Purchases will primarily occur on the Nasdaq, with daily limits on the Nasdaq and Toronto Stock Exchange. All repurchased shares will be cancelled. Elemental also plans to implement an automatic share purchase plan to facilitate purchases during blackout periods. This is the company's first share repurchase program in the past 12 months.
