Equifax Inc. Bylaws Amendment

Equifax Inc. has amended its bylaws, effective June 16, 2026. The amendments revise the requirements for shareholders to request a special meeting. Now, a special meeting can be called by the Secretary upon the request of shareholders owning at least 25% of the voting power for at least one year. These changes also include other minor clarifications and updates.
