ECOPETROL S.A. Reports Changes in Senior Management

Ecopetrol S.A. announced that Julio César Herrera Martínez will step down as Vice President of Commercial and Marketing effective September 15, 2026. Graford Santamaría Valbuena will assume the responsibilities on an interim basis starting September 16, 2026. Mr. Santamaría brings over 20 years of experience in the financial and energy sectors, with 18 years at Ecopetrol in various leadership roles across the hydrocarbon value chain.
