DRDGOLD Limited CFO Resignation and Appointment Update

DRDGOLD Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Riaan Davel as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and executive director, effective January 31, 2026. Ms. Henriette Hooijer, who was appointed as CFO Designate and executive director on July 1, 2025, will assume the role of CFO starting February 1, 2026. Additionally, the company has made its Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Annual Compliance Report available on its website, in accordance with the Listings Requirements and the B-BBEE Act.
