DRDGOLD Limited Announces Changes to Board Committees

DRDGOLD Limited has announced changes to its board committees, effective September 1, 2026. The Investment Committee will be disbanded, with its responsibilities transferred to the main Board. Additionally, Mark Hoffman, an independent non-executive director, will join the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Social and Ethics Committee. Andrew Brady, a non-executive director, will be appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Social and Ethics Committee.
