Dynagas LNG Partners LP Announces Quarterly Cash Distribution

Dynagas LNG Partners LP (NYSE: DLNG) announced a quarterly cash distribution of $0.050 per common unit for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The distribution is payable on November 14, 2025, to all common unit holders of record as of November 10, 2025. The Partnership, which owns and operates LNG carriers, currently has a fleet of six LNG carriers with an aggregate carrying capacity of approximately 914,000 cubic meters. The announcement was made in a press release dated October 30, 2025, and is incorporated by reference into the Partnership’s registration statement on Form F-3.
