DEFSEC Technologies Inc. Announces Board Changes

DEFSEC Technologies Inc. has announced changes to its board of directors. George Weber, former Chairman of Calian Group Ltd, will join the board as Vice-Chairman. David Luxton will transition from Executive Chairman to Non-Executive Chairman, and Paul Fortin is retiring from the board. These changes are effective as the company enters its 2027 Fiscal Year. The company also announced its participation in the H.C. Wainwright 28th Annual Global Investment Conference. George Weber brings extensive experience in the defense and security industry, including governance of public companies and leadership roles in international humanitarian organizations. DEFSEC develops and commercializes tactical systems for military and security forces, including digitization solutions and less-lethal products.
