DeFi Development Corp. Announces Treasury Growth and New ATM Program
DeFi Development Corp. (DFDV) reported an increase in its treasury holdings, with SOL and SOL equivalents growing by 55,491 to approximately 2,388,923, a 2% increase since August 27, 2026. The company also established an at-the-market (ATM) offering program for up to $300 million of its Variable Rate Series C Perpetual Preferred Stock (CHAD). The proceeds from the ATM program are intended primarily to fund additional SOL purchases. This initiative aims to advance DFDV's capital flywheel strategy, which involves raising capital, accumulating SOL, generating organic yield, and compounding SOL per share (SPS) growth. The company expects CHAD to be issued at or above its par value of $10.00 per share. DFDV's treasury policy focuses on SOL as its principal holding, providing investors with direct economic exposure to SOL and enabling participation in the Solana ecosystem's growth through holding, staking, and operating validator infrastructure.
