Diversified Energy Company Acquires Oil and Gas Assets in Texas

Diversified Energy Company announced the completion of its acquisition of certain oil and natural gas assets in east Texas. The transaction, which closed on April 30, 2026, involved the purchase of assets located in Cherokee, Harrison, Nacogdoches, Panola, and Rusk Counties. The total purchase price was approximately $248 million, funded through borrowings under the company's senior secured revolving credit facility.
