Datadog, Inc. 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

Datadog, Inc. held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 15, 2026. The stockholders voted on four proposals. Olivier Pomel, Dev Ittycheria, Shardul Shah, and Ami Vora were elected as Class I directors. Stockholders approved, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers. The selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2026, was ratified.
