DoubleDown Interactive Co., Ltd. – Q2 2026 Financial Results
DoubleDown Interactive Co., Ltd. announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. Revenue increased by 11.2% to $94.3 million, compared to $84.8 million in the second quarter of 2025. This growth was driven by a 11.5% increase in social casino/free-to-play games revenue, largely due to the acquisition of WHOW Games GmbH in July 2025. The Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) segment saw significant growth, with revenue rising to $40.5 million from $10.7 million in the prior year's quarter, increasing its share of total social casino revenue to 52.4%. iGaming subsidiary SuprNation also contributed with a 9.8% revenue increase. Operating expenses rose to $57.8 million from $52.4 million, mainly due to the inclusion of WHOW Games' operating expenses. Profit for the period (excluding non-controlling interest) increased by 50.5% to $32.9 million, or $13.27 per fully diluted common share ($0.66 per ADS), compared to $21.8 million, or $8.82 per fully diluted common share ($0.44 per ADS) in Q2 2025. Adjusted EBITDA grew by 17.2% to $39.3 million, with a margin of 41.6%. Net cash from operating activities increased to $24.6 million. The company reported an aggregate net cash position of $521 million.
