CEL-SCI Corporation Announces $2.5 Million Registered Direct Offering of Common Stock

On June 14, 2026, CEL-SCI Corporation entered into a Placement Agency Agreement with ThinkEquity LLC for a registered direct offering of 2,500,000 shares of common stock.
