Castellum Inc. Joint Venture Awarded Position on $250 Million U.S. Navy Logistics IT Contract
Castellum, Inc. announced that its joint venture, CTM JV, LLC, has secured a position on a U.S. Navy contract valued at approximately $250 million. This indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, known as the Logistics IT Integration and Support (LIIS) Capability Modernization, Deployment, and Support (CMDS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC), will allow the U.S. Navy to competitively award individual task orders for projects related to logistics information technology (LOG IT) requirements. The contract aims to modernize the IT systems supporting the Navy's maintenance, repair, overhaul, supply chain management, product lifecycle management, and logistics integrated data environment. Castellum's COO highlighted the award as a reflection of the company's naval logistics IT, software engineering, and DevSecOps capabilities, while the CEO emphasized its role in deepening the relationship with the Navy and providing a multi-year pipeline of opportunities, aligning with the company's strategy to pursue larger prime contracts and support sustained organic growth.
