CSP Inc. Officer and Director Changes

CSP Inc. announced significant changes effective March 10, 2026. Michael Newbanks, Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, resigned to pursue other opportunities, with his last day being May 15, 2026. He will provide consulting services post-resignation. Eric Sachs has been appointed as the new Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, starting May 15, 2026. Mr. Sachs brings experience from Trajector, Inc. and Nicholas Financial, Inc., and will receive a base salary of $195,000, a bonus opportunity, and 8,000 restricted shares vesting over four years. Additionally, James J. LaBonty was appointed as a director to fill a vacancy, serving on the nominating and compensation committees. Mr. LaBonty is the CEO of OT Cyber Specialists, LLC and previously held a leadership role at Pfizer Inc.
