Critical Metals Corp. Acquires Stage 2 Interest in Tanbreez, Increasing Ownership to 92.5%

Critical Metals Corp. has completed the acquisition of the Stage 2 interest in Tanbreez Mining Greenland A/S, increasing its ownership to 92.5%. This was achieved through the issuance of 14,500,000 ordinary shares to Rimbal Pty. Ltd. The company previously held a 42% interest and has now acquired an additional 50.5%. The remaining 7.5% is held by European Lithium Limited. Critical Metals Corp. is also in a non-binding letter of intent to acquire European Lithium Ltd., which could bring their total ownership of Tanbreez to 100%. Tanbreez is a significant deposit of heavy rare earth elements located in Greenland. The company plans to focus on advancing Tanbreez to production to establish a Western-aligned supply chain for these critical materials. This transaction is a key milestone for Critical Metals Corp., positioning them to be a reliable supplier for defense, clean energy, and advanced technology sectors.
