California Resources Corporation (CRC) announced a change in its principal accounting officer. Michael Helm, previously VP of Finance for Oil and Gas post-merger with Berry Corporation, has been appointed as the new Vice President – Finance and Controller, effective March 16, 2026. Helm has extensive experience, including serving as Chief Accounting Officer and CFO for Berry Corporation and prior roles at CRC and Occidental Petroleum. Concurrently, Noelle Repetti, the current Senior Vice President and Controller, is retiring on the same date after over 11 years of service.
