Canadian Pacific Kansas City Limited Announces 2026 Shareholder Meeting Results

Canadian Pacific Kansas City Limited (CPKC) held its 2026 annual shareholder meeting on April 29, 2026. Shareholders voted to approve the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the company's auditor, with 99.88% of votes in favor. An advisory vote on executive compensation ("Say on Pay") passed with 87.48% in favor, and an advisory vote on the company's approach to climate change ("Say on Climate") received 88.72% in favor.
