Vistance Networks Q1 2026 Earnings and $100M Stock Repurchase Program
Vistance Networks reported first quarter 2026 results with net sales of $471.8 million, up 21.6% year-over-year. The company achieved GAAP income from continuing operations of $231.7 million and non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA of $87.3 million, representing 85% growth. Core adjusted EBITDA increased 38.4% to $87.3 million. The company announced a $100 million stock repurchase program, replacing its previous $50 million authorization. Vistance also disclosed it signed a definitive agreement to sell its RUCKUS Networks business to Belden for $1.846 billion in an all-cash transaction. The company completed the sale of its CCS segment to Amphenol Corporation in January 2026, using approximately $10 billion in proceeds to pay off all outstanding debt and redeem convertible preferred stock, with excess cash distributed to shareholders as a $10 per share special distribution on April 27, 2026.
