Co-Diagnostics, Inc. Announces Collaboration with ReadyGo Diagnostics Ltd.

Co-Diagnostics, Inc. (Co-Dx) and ReadyGo Diagnostics Ltd. are collaborating to evaluate the use of ReadyGo's sample-preparation technology with the Co-Dx PCR platform for blood-based molecular testing at the point of need. The initial focus is on decentralized Ebola virus detection and outbreak response. This collaboration aims to extend the Co-Dx PCR platform beyond swab-based testing to include bloodborne pathogens like HIV and hepatitis B and C. The companies are assessing the compatibility of ReadyGo's GoCollect® technology, which prepares capillary blood samples and inactivates viruses, with the Co-Dx PCR platform for a streamlined sample-to-result workflow. Feasibility work has commenced, though success is not guaranteed. Co-Dx will hold a press conference and webcast to discuss the collaboration.
