Core Natural Resources, Inc. Elects New Directors and Ratifies Auditor Appointment

Core Natural Resources, Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on April 30, 2026. The stockholders elected James A. Brock, Edward L. Doheny II, Ronald C. Keating, Holly Keller Koeppel, Patrick A. Kriegshauser, Richard A. Navarre, Valli Perera and Joseph P. Platt as directors for one-year terms. The appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, was ratified. Additionally, the compensation paid to the Company’s named executive officers in 2025 was approved on an advisory basis. The company also announced the election of Edward L. Doheny II and Ronald C. Keating to its board of directors, highlighting their extensive experience in leadership and operational excellence. Both Doheny and Keating bring a wealth of business acumen and board-related experience to the company. Doheny has served as CEO of Sealed Air and Joy Global, while Keating has led Excelitas Technologies Corp. and Evoqua Water Technologies.
