Clearfield, Inc. Loan Agreement Amendment

Clearfield, Inc. has entered into Amendment No. 3 to its Loan Agreement with Old National Bank, originally dated April 27, 2022. This amendment, effective April 25, 2026, extends the maturity date of the line of credit from April 25, 2026, to July 24, 2026. It also incorporates updated interest and payment provisions, adds new events of default, and includes a jury trial waiver for any related judicial proceedings.
