Power of Attorney for Eleni Tsoukala

Eleni Tsoukala, a director at Capital Clean Energy Carriers Corp., has appointed Foteini Eleni Kokoretsi as her attorney-in-fact. This appointment authorizes Kokoretsi to execute and file all necessary SEC forms, including Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144, on Tsoukala's behalf. Kokoretsi is empowered to gather transaction information, file necessary documentation with the SEC and other authorities, and take any other actions deemed beneficial or legally required. Tsoukala grants Kokoretsi full authority, including the power of substitution, and ratifies all actions taken under this power of attorney.
