Bitdeer Technologies Group August 2026 Production and Operations Update

Bitdeer Technologies Group announced its August 2026 production and operations update, highlighting significant advancements in both AI Cloud and Bitcoin mining. In AI Cloud, the company secured 100% contracted GPU capacity for its 9.5 MW A102 facility in Malaysia, projecting over $800 million in total expected revenue. A non-binding Letter of Intent was signed to develop a 30 MW AI data center in Bhutan, with potential expansion to 500 MW. Additionally, a 10-year agreement secured 65.1 MW at the A202 facility in Malaysia, increasing total campus AI Cloud capacity to 86.8 MW. The company also acquired 200 acres near its Rockdale facility to support AI/HPC infrastructure development and announced a 16-year AI/HPC Data Center Lease in Tydal, Norway, valued at approximately $4.7 billion. In Bitcoin mining, production increased 249% year-over-year to 1,310 Bitcoins, with self-mining hash rate reaching ~79.9 EH/s and co-mining hash rate at 21.6 EH/s.
