Banco Santander-Chile Bond Placement

Banco Santander-Chile has announced the placement of dematerialized bearer bonds in the local market. The Series BM Bonds, with ticker BSTDBM0426, were issued for a total amount of Ch$ 5,000,000,000 pesos and will mature on April 1, 2037. The average placement rate for these bonds was 6.25%. This placement was made using a line of credit registered with the CMF Securities Registry.
