Brightstar Lottery PLC Announces Leadership Changes in Global Lottery Operations

Brightstar Lottery PLC announced significant leadership changes within its Global Lottery division. Effective June 30, 2026, Renato Ascoli will step down as Chief Executive Officer, Global Lottery. Marco Tasso is appointed as the new Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Global Lottery, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Tasso, who currently serves as COO of International and Italy Operations, brings over 20 years of experience in the lottery and gaming industry. This transition is part of the Company's strategy to optimize operations for future growth as a standalone pure play lottery business. Mr. Tasso will oversee all global lottery operations, reporting directly to CEO Vince Sadusky. The company expressed gratitude to Mr. Ascoli for his contributions over a 20-year career.
