BP p.l.c. Conclusion of Audit Tender Process

BP p.l.c. announces the conclusion of its audit tender process. The Board has confirmed the re-appointment of Deloitte LLP as the Company's statutory auditor, effective from the 2028 financial year onwards. This re-appointment is contingent upon shareholder approval at the 2027 Annual General Meeting. As per legislation, the Company is mandated to tender its statutory audit every 10 years and rotate auditors every 20 years. BP p.l.c. initially appointed Deloitte as its statutory auditor starting from the 2018 financial year.
