MACRO BANK INC. - Profit Distribution Authorization

On April 30, 2026, MACRO BANK INC. announced that the Superintendencia de Entidades Financieras y Cambiarias of the Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina has authorized the distribution of profits amounting to AR $138,956,468,470 (in constant currency as of December 31, 2025). This distribution will be made in cash or in kind, as requested by the bank, in accordance with current regulations on profit distribution. The payment will be disbursed in three equal, non-cumulative monthly installments, expressed in constant currency as of the shareholders' meeting date.
