Black Hills Corporation - Annual Shareholder Meeting Results

Black Hills Corporation held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on April 29, 2026. Three proposals were submitted for a vote. First, shareholders elected three Class II directors: Scott M. Prochazka, Teresa A. Taylor, and Anne G. Waleski, to serve until the 2029 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Second, shareholders ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for 2026. Third, shareholders approved, on an advisory and non-binding basis, the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers. A quorum was present for all votes.
