BETA Technologies, Inc. 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

On June 11, 2026, BETA Technologies, Inc. held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The stockholders elected three Class I directors: John Abele, James McConville, and John Slattery, each for a three-year term expiring in 2029. The stockholders also ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2026. The voting results for all proposals were overwhelmingly in favor of the nominees and the ratification.
