Barclays PLC Announces Director Change

Barclays PLC announced that Diony Lebot, an independent Non-Executive Director, will assume the role of Chair of Barclays Europe and its Nominations Committee, effective March 16, 2026, following regulatory approval. This appointment is in addition to her existing responsibilities. Ms. Lebot will succeed Tim Breedon, who will step down from his positions on the same date.
