Power of Attorney for William J. Black Jr. regarding BayCom Corp filings

This document details a Power of Attorney granted by William J. Black Jr., an Executive Vice Chair of BayCom Corp, to Steven Crowley, Kevin Thompson, Christopher Baron, and Terry Curley. The attorneys-in-fact are authorized to act on Mr. Black's behalf in all necessary SEC filings, including preparing, executing, and submitting forms such as 3, 4, 5, Schedules 13D and 13G, and Forms 144, utilizing the EDGAR system. They are also empowered to manage Mr. Black's EDGAR account, obtain information on his behalf regarding transactions in BayCom Corp securities, and to perform any other actions necessary for compliance with Section 13 or Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Mr. Black is no longer required to make such filings, unless earlier revoked.
