Brookfield Business Corporation Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Brookfield Business Corporation held its annual general meeting on June 18, 2026. All seven director nominees were elected with high percentages of votes in favor. Cyrus Madon received 98.81% of the votes, Jeffrey Blidner 98.65%, David Court 99.67%, Stephen Girsky 98.84%, Paul Farrell 99.97%, Lori Pearson 98.75%, and Patricia Zuccotti 99.98%. The reappointment of Deloitte LLP as the external auditor was also approved with 99.99% of the votes in favor. Shareholders representing 92.38% of Class A Shares and 100% of Class B Shares were present. The meeting included voting on the election of directors and the appointment of auditors. No other business was brought before the meeting.
