Baxter International Inc. Announces CFO Transition

Baxter International Inc. has announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer role. Joel Grade has transitioned from his position as Executive Vice President and CFO, effective March 16, 2026. He will remain with the company in an advisory capacity until April 30, 2026, to assist with the transition. This change is not due to any disagreements with the company's management or board. Anita Zielinski, previously the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, has been appointed as the interim CFO. She will continue to hold her current responsibilities while the company searches for a permanent CFO. Ms. Zielinski brings extensive experience from her previous roles at Sysco Corporation and Ernst & Young LLP. Baxter has reiterated its full-year 2026 financial outlook.
