Battalion Oil Corporation held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 11, 2026. Stockholders voted on two proposals: the election of four directors and the ratification of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. All four director nominees, Jonathan D. Barrett, Gregory S. Hinds, William D. Rogers, and Matthew B. Steele, were elected. The appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP was also ratified with a significant majority of votes in favor.
