Credicorp Ltd. Announces Dividend Information for June 2026

Credicorp Ltd. has officially notified the SEC of a material event concerning dividend distribution. The weighted exchange rate, as determined by the Peruvian Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and AFP for June 10, 2026, was set at S/3.4158 per US Dollar. Consequently, the dividend to be paid per share on June 12, 2026, will be US$14.6379, which is equivalent to S/50.0000 per share. This announcement is in relation to the dividend distribution agreement that was previously approved by the Board of Directors on April 23, 2026, and disclosed to the market as a Material Event.
