Asana, Inc. 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

Asana, Inc. held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 8, 2026. The stockholders elected three Class III directors: Krista Anderson-Copperman, Sydney Carey, and Dan Rogers, all to serve until the 2029 annual meeting. The stockholders also ratified the selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2027. Finally, the stockholders approved, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers. Final voting results for all proposals were provided.
