(APLM), significantly increased his beneficial ownership in the company through a PIPE transaction and a note conversion. Mr. Chen, both directly and via his wholly-owned investment vehicle King Regent Management Limited, acquired an aggregate of 370,000 Class A Ordinary Shares for a total cash consideration of approximately $5.55 million.
