American Homes 4 Rent Form 8-K Filing

On June 12, 2026, American Homes 4 Rent (the "Company") filed a Form 8-K to report the replacement of its expiring shelf registration statement with a new one and the concurrent replacement of its "at the market offering" program. The Company and its operating partnership entered into a sales agreement with various sales agents, forward sellers, and forward purchasers.
