Align Technology Announces Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results
Align Technology reported record Q2'26 revenues of $1.06 billion, a 4.3% increase year-over-year, driven by an 8.2% growth in Clear Aligner revenues, which reached $870.9 million. Clear Aligner shipments also saw a record high of 691.8 thousand cases, up 7.4% year-over-year, with notable growth in international markets. However, Imaging Systems and CAD/CAM Services revenues decreased by 10.8% year-over-year, attributed to a softer capital equipment market and a shift towards lower-priced scanners and leasing models. The company reported a Q2'26 gross margin of 71.7% and an operating margin of 14.6%. Diluted net income per share was $1.51, with non-GAAP diluted net income per share at $2.64. Align Technology ended the quarter with $1.1 billion in cash and cash equivalents and repurchased approximately 0.4 million shares, returning $67.0 million to shareholders. The company anticipates continued growth in the second half of 2026, with a full-year revenue growth expectation of 3% to 4% year-over-year.
