James Dunne III has informed the Board of Directors of American International Group, Inc. that he will not seek re-election at the upcoming 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 13, 2026. Mr. Dunne's decision is not due to any disagreements regarding the company's operations, policies, or practices. He will continue to serve on the Board and the Compensation and Management Resources Committee until the annual meeting.
