Agencia Comercial Spirits Ltd. announced that its subsidiary has entered into a five-year networking integration technical services agreement with an independent service provider for its planned AI computing infrastructure deployment in Indonesia. This agreement, valued at US$10.0 million in fixed technical service fees over five years, includes services such as networking resource access, planning, deployment, system integration, and maintenance. This initiative is a co-primary business line alongside the company's established whisky operations, with the goal of scaling its AI computing infrastructure business. The company notes that this is an infrastructure and technical services arrangement, not a customer revenue contract, and does not guarantee project completion, operational capacity, or future revenue. The CEO, Mr. TSAI Yi-Yang, highlighted this as a key step in developing AI computing and cloud-based services as a significant future business, acknowledging associated risks.
