Aeries Technology, Inc. Q1 FY2027 Earnings Release

Aeries Technology, Inc. reported strong financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, ended June 30, 2026. Revenue increased by 43% year-over-year to $21.9 million, driven by a 43% increase in North American revenue and a significant rise in Asia Pacific and Other revenue. The company achieved an income from operations of $3.4 million, a substantial increase from $0.8 million in the prior-year quarter. Net income rose to $2.2 million, compared to $1.7 million in Q1 FY2026. Adjusted EBITDA saw a nearly fourfold increase to $4.1 million, with the Adjusted EBITDA margin expanding to 18.6% from 6.7% in the same period last year. Operating cash flow more than tripled to $4.8 million. The company reaffirmed its fiscal year 2027 guidance, expecting revenues between $80 million and $84 million and Adjusted EBITDA between $10 million and $12 million. Aeries Technology also launched AxAI, an Agentic AI solution offering, as part of its AI transformation strategy. The company repurchased over 10% of its outstanding common stock during the quarter.
