Aduro Clean Technologies Inc. Engages Water Tower Research for Investor Relations

Aduro Clean Technologies Inc. has entered into an agreement with Water Tower Research LLC (WTR) for comprehensive research coverage and investor engagement services. The initial six-month term begins April 1, 2026, with a cash fee of US$39,000. WTR will provide research reports and marketing services to enhance Aduro's visibility within the institutional investment community. The agreement includes an option for a renewal term starting September 30, 2026, with a fee of US$48,000. WTR is arm's length to Aduro, and no performance-based compensation or securities are involved. This engagement aims to increase awareness of Aduro's clean technologies internationally. Aduro specializes in recycling waste plastics and converting heavy oils using patented water-based technologies.
